I don't know about that. But we leveraged our long-term investments in building industry expertise and our two-in-a-box delivery model. In this model, we have a client partner and a delivery director being jointly responsible for any customer relationship, unlike other companies that typically have just a client partner. This makes for much better client relationships and a better understanding of what they need.
So we are able to develop business solutions more relevant to them and invest ahead in next-generation technologies. But it does increase our costs; the proportion of our sales and general administration expenditure is 9-10 percentage points more than that of our offshore competitors.
How do you see the global economic environment?
It's fragile. But unlike 2008, which came as a shock and people didn't know what to do, today clients have accepted that this environment is the new normal, they know what they want to do and are executing along those lines.
